ARTICHOKE AND FETA CHEESE PIZZA
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cut marinated artichoke hearts into pieces.
Unroll refrigerated pizza crust dough onto baking sheet.
Brush dough with tomato purée.
Top dough with artichokes, plum tomato slices and crumbled feta-cheese.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon artichoke marinade.
Bake pizza until crust is crisp and golden, about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with thinly sliced fresh mint.
